 Vellore offers a full-time B.Tech programme in 10 specialisations.  The duration of B.    Tech (all specialisations) is four years. Below mentioned are the key highlights of VIT BTech admission 2022:

 

Eligibility Criteria: 

Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% (50% for reserved categories) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the qualifying examination (Class 12 or equivalent) from a recognised board. For BTech (Biotechnology), the candidate must have passed Class 12 in the PCB stream with a minimum 60% aggregate (50% for reserved categories).

·         Applicant must be a resident/ non-resident Indian National/ PIO

·         Foreign candidates studied/studying abroad can apply directly through the foreign category only. Candidates can obtain the form by visiting the official website

·         Candidates having Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry in Class 12 only are eligible for all the BTech
