We all know that medicine is a respectable profession. But it takes patience & perseverance to study medicine. If you think that you have concentration ,perseverance & patience towards your studies then you can easily choose the medical profession.
What is doctor
Doctors are qualified in the medical field & after obtaining various degree like MBBS & MD or BDS or BAMS. They get medical license with this license they can practice as a doctor.A doctor examines a patient's health condition & tries to cure him with medicine or in some cases even fix the patient through surgery.
How to become a medical doctor
1. After passing the secondary,the student has to study english,biology, physics & chemistry in these subjects and in high secondary you have to score minimum 50%.
2. If you want to study medical/medicine,you have to appear for neet exam & pass that exam.According to the MCC rules,one has to pass with a qualifying number between 130 & 150. It varrey from year to year.
After crack neet exam
After qualifying the neet exam,one gets admission in either own state or in other state through central & state counselling.
After admission in MBBS college
You have to study MBBS for four and half years.After four and a half years,one year internship is required.
Next exam
After studying MBBS,if you clear the NEXT exam of central Government,you will get the registration as a medical practitioner.
After MBBS PG specialization
After clearing next exam,you can do post graduation also.Post graduation for three years with specialization such as specialization on cardiology/gynocology/nephrology etc.
After completion PG
After completing the PG you can go for further studies in medical science. You can go for DMC course which is know as Doctor of medicine.
After completion of your studies you can join a job in any government or private hospital or you can do self practice .Also either by opening your own clinic or join a polyclinic.
